http://appliedsciencefreelibraryguide.org/Best ever. They had like 90% of the books I needed and they're as reputable a site as it gets, at least as far as 'book piracy' goes. I'm pretty sure they use the same database as http://gen.lib.rus.ec, which has more options but also some broken mirrors.
http://www.gutenberg.org/Free ebooks, but as far as I can tell they have more normal books (fiction and such) than textbooks. Might be helpful for those ENGL textbooks.
https://cse.google.com/cse/home?cx=000661023013169144559:a1-kkiboecoIndexes a bunch of different sites to sift through. In and of itself it's just a custom Google search engine but you'll end up with a ton of results. Some are less reputable than others.

There's a lot more, but honestly if you've gone through all three and you haven't found what you need, going through the next 20 rip-off sites aren't going to help you.

Originally I was going to try and go through all the UA textbooks and create a custom database linking books to downloads, but then I realized that took actual work and it's easier to just share the tools. :)

This book is the product of more than half a century of leadership and innovation in physics education. When the first edition of University Physics by Francis W. Sears and Mark W. Zemansky was published in 1949, it was revolutionary among calculus-based physics textbooks in its emphasis on the fundamental principles of physics and how to apply them. The success of University Physics with generations of (several million) students and educators around the world is a testament to the merits of this approach and to the many innovations it has introduced subsequently. In preparing this First Australian SI edition, our aim was to create a text that is the future of Physics Education in Australia. We have further enhanced and developed University Physics to assimilate the best ideas from education research with enhanced problem-solving instruction, pioneering visual and conceptual pedagogy, the first systematically enhanced problems, and the most pedagogically proven and widely used online homework and tutorial system in the world, Mastering Physics.

Our understanding of the physical world was revolutionized in the twentieth century — the era of “modern physics”. Two books by the second author entitled Introduction to Modern Physics: Theoretical Foundations and Advanced Modern Physics: Theoretical Foundations, aimed at the very best students, present the foundations and frontiers of today's physics. Many problems are included in these texts. A previous book by the current authors provides solutions to the over 175 problems in the first volume. A third volume Topics in Modern Physics: Theoretical Foundations has recently appeared, which covers several subjects omitted in the essentially linear progression in the previous two. This book has three parts: part 1 is on quantum mechanics, part 2 is on applications of quantum mechanics, and part 3 covers some selected topics in relativistic quantum field theory. Parts 1 and 2 follow naturally from the initial volume. The present book provides solutions to the over 135 problems in this third volume. The three volumes in this series, together with the solutions manuals, provide a clear, logical, self-contained, and comprehensive base from which students can learn modern physics. When finished, readers should have an elementary working knowledge in the principal areas of theoretical physics of the twentieth century. Request Inspection Copy

Modern Physics for Scientists and Engineers provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts of modern physics and to the various fields of contemporary physics. The book's main goal is to help prepare engineering students for the upper division courses on devices they will later take, and to provide physics majors and engineering students an up-to-date description of contemporary physics. The book begins with a review of the basic properties of particles and waves from the vantage point of classical physics, followed by an overview of the important ideas of new quantum theory. It describes experiments that help characterize the ways in which radiation interacts with matter. Later chapters deal with particular fields of modern physics. These include includes an account of the ideas and the technical developments that led to the ruby and helium-neon lasers, and a modern description of laser cooling and trapping of atoms. The treatment of condensed matter physics is followed by two chapters devoted to semiconductors that conclude with a phenomenological description of the semiconductor laser. Relativity and particle physics are then treated together, followed by a discussion of Feynman diagrams and particle physics. Develops modern quantum mechanical ideas systematically and uses these ideas consistently throughout the book Carefully considers fundamental subjects such as transition probabilities, crystal structure, reciprocal lattices, and Bloch theorem which are fundamental to any treatment of lasers and semiconductor devices Uses applets which make it possible to consider real physical systems such as many-electron atoms and semi-conductor devices
