Called jsTIfied, it can emulate the TI-84 Plus, TI-83 Plus, and many other graphing calculators on your smartphone, tablet, or computer (be it an iPhone, iPad, Android phone, laptop, or desktop). Unfortunately, the original poster linked to a ROM image, which is illegal. Here's the legal version of how to emulate a genuine TI-84 Plus on your phone:

1. Visit jsTIfied on Cemetech on your computer. Load a ROM image from your own calculator on the emulator. You can get the ROM image from your physical calculator into jsTIfied by following the instructions in jsTIfied's Help tab, or by following the easy-to-understand instructions included with the rom8x tool.

2. Go to the ROM tab of jsTIfied (still on your computer), and under Export Calculator ROM Image, click Create JPEG-encoded ROM image. This will produce a JPEG image. Save the image to your computer.

3. Use iCloud, email, DropBox or iTunes to get the image to your iPhone. We recommend that you not send the image directly, as it may get downsampled, which corrupts the data encoded in the image.
