The Ewok adventure (1984) later known as Caravan of Courage and its sequel Ewoks: The Battle for Endor (1985) is rarely talked about these days. Today they would probably be considered anthology films. The latest release was in 2004 with a DVD release double feature. I remember watching these with my dad in the early 90's and thinking they were really cool. Hopefully one day my son will be able to watch them with the same starry eyed enthusiasm I once did. (Maybe Disney will release a Blue Ray Containing these classics at some point.) They aren’t well known though, when I bring them up, most people (some Star Wars Super Fans included) look at me all confused because they have no idea what I am talking about. Why do you think the Ewok movies have fallen into obscurity? Is it because the Ewoks, to many were the Jar Jar Binks of the Original Trilogy? Or was it something else? Why are they not as celebrated as the other Star Wars Films?
